Make Writers’ Day Your Day
Rev Up Your Writing
If you’re looking for a one-day writing conference to rev up your writing and you’ll be in New Hampshire on April 6, 2013, sign up now for Writers’ Day.
Fun One-Day Conference
Presented by the New Hampshire Writers’ Project (NHWP)—a vibrant literary arts organization that I ran for a few years, when I lived in New Hampshire—Writers’ Day is not only the largest writing conference in the state, it’s also tons of fun!
Authors, Agents, Publishers
Writers’ Day features workshops and presentations with bestselling authors, literary agents, and publishers. This year’s lineup includes some of my friends and favorite writers—Meredith Hall, Ernest Hebert, Mary Johnson, James Patrick Kelly, Diane LesBecquets, Wesley McNair, Rebecca Rule—and many other notable writers, including keynote speaker Andre Dubus III.
If you’re already booked on April 6, 2013, and you live in or around New Hampshire, consider joining NHWP for its terrific quarterly newsletter, NH Writer, and year-round programs, where you can hone your skills and develop your writing community. Joining NHWP certainly kicked my writing into high gear!
Happy Writers’ Day!
All signed up, Barbara! It is a great conference, one whose bar you helped to raise! I’m so looking forward to the workshops this year. I’m focusing on a combo of poetry and children’s writing workshops.
Enjoy the conference, Joyce! I wish I could be there!
