Sherman Alexie is an award-winning poet and fiction writer. The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian won the National Book Award for Young People’s Literature in 2007. His collection War Dances won the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction in 2012. His work is widely anthologized and often challenged.I’m a method writer.
